With over 13 years of experience in public accounting firms and in industry, he stands out for his combined background as an external consultant in accounting firms and as a financial controller in a corporate environment.
In public practice, he developed strong expertise in the preparation and review of audits, review engagements, personal and corporate taxation, as well as advisory services for a diverse client base—including SMEs, non-profit organizations, partnerships, and trusts—operating across a wide range of industries.
In industry, he supervised work teams and contributed to the implementation of good practices in cash flow management, the strengthening of internal controls, financial analysis, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
He is recognized for his rigor, collaborative approach, and ability to support business leaders in their strategic decision-making, helping strengthen the growth and long-term sustainability of their organizations.
Olivier Berthiaume, BAA
